Business Loans Small businesses in Butte, Tehama, Modoc, Shasta, Trinity, Siskiyou, Humboldt and Del Norte Counties Business Start Up Assistance SCED assists income-eligible microentrepreneurs start and grow their businesses through innovative workshops and one-on-one counseling focusing on business development, marketing and businesses planning. Commercial Real Estate Loans By participating in the SBA 504 loan program, SCED is eligible to finance 90% owner-occupied commercial real estate. The increased level of financing allows for more small businesses to stop leasing and start owning their commercial real estate.
