Shad began his career as a fitness trainer in 2009 working at the South Bay equinox. As he developed his craft and knowledge he quickly became one of the leading top tier trainers at the facility. Officially going private in 2014, shad has dedicated his life to improving the physical and mental health for his clients through his personalized training and counseling in fitness, exercise, nutrition, flexibility and body balance. It is shad's mission to coach each individual to push their physical limits and refine their confidence with the end goal of leading them toward their optimal body and lifestyle.

Shad Hart is a certified private fitness trainer specializes in one-on-one personal training. He is experienced in weight loss training, diet & nutrition, pre natal and post training, and athletic sports coaching. Shad also offers special Group Fitness classes for wedding parties and corporate events.
