We started working on our salon in July 2015 and opening as early as the end of September to the beginning of October.

Specialties

(By Appointment ONLY) Refinement Salon is a Color focused salon. Our continuing education keeps us up to date as we bring in new techniques from Los Angeles Celebrity Hairstylist to the bay area. We focus on balayage, ombre, escaile, clouding, and highlights.
