Dr. Kelly Mothner and Dr. Vanessa Isetta are very excited to announce the launch of the S.E.L.F Series. They developed the S.E.L.F series (which stands for Seek, Embrace, Love, and Flourish) based on their belief that the self thrives best when it is nourished emotionally, psychologically, and physically. They also wanted to incorporate the importance of community and connection, since this is another essential component of self-care. Through lectures presented by specialists in the field, experiential group activities, and restorative movement, this is exactly what our half-day and full-day retreats and workshops will provide attendees.
