After a whole cycle my clothes should be lightly damped ready to dry not all wet like this.

You may think this is funny but it was infuriating for a former tenant like me that just wanted to live a simple normal life.

It was disgusting to come down to try to wash my clothes and find other tenant's dirty water inside the machine.
