History

Sanctuary Vacation Rentals started in 2007 as a result of the Economic Turndown when many second homeowners as well as primary homeowners decided to rent their homes in order to hold on to them. Based on Annee Martin's experience in owning a luxury Inn in Vermont that provided wonderful amenities to her guests along with design and concierge services she brought these attributes to Sanctuary Vacation Rentals. Today there are now 90 beautiful homes that primarily come from word of mouth. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals has the mission to create places that nurture and inspire and provide to our guests on the Monterey Peninsula.
