San Ysidro Health Center has provided health services to South Bay residents for more than 35 years. The center started as a voluntary program in 1968 through a partnership with the University of San Diego School of Medicine. It was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1971. San Ysidro provides a range of services that includes pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, adult medicine, dental care, mental health, podiatry, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy. Health services are provided to people of all ages. The main health center is in San Ysidro, Calif., with additional locations in Chula Vista and National City, Calif.
