First opened in 1989, the San Ramon Community Center is a 23,000-square-foot complex adjacent to Central Park. It is open Monday through Friday and has several facilities including two conference rooms for small group meetings or business presentations, a dance studio, an art room with a ceramics workshop and three larger rooms for social events. The Alcosta, Terrace and Fountain rooms are ideal for larger functions and contain features such as catering kitchenettes, patios, removable dance floors and theater stage.
It is home to the Lindsay Dirkx Brown Art Gallery, which has viewing areas on both of the center's floors. To check room availability please see the city of San Ramon's official Web site.
