I started my personal training business in Scottsdale, AZ in 2013 and have now (2017) relocated to San Diego, CA to continue doing what I love.

I have experience in many fitness areas and approach them all through fitness, nutrition, and habit coaching. Let's start with your free consultation! In your consultation we will go over your goals and what you are trying to accomplish. Included in your free consultation is a nutritional analysis and a body fat assessment if you opt. Based on this information we will be able to put together a fitness and nutrition program and get you started! Fitness: The list of positives that exercise provides is endless. From heart health to creating self-confidence, the benefits of exercise are undeniable. I will build you a program tailored to your specific fitness goals, laying out exactly what you need to do to accomplish your goals. Nutrition: Nutrition is the key to changing body composition. Exercise, which clocks in at 4 to 5 hours per week, is absolutely necessary but effectively secondary to following a solid diet MOST of the time. I will coach you on what to eat, how to eat, how to prepare, and how you can still get away with enjoying your favorite guilty pleasure foods. Habit: Habit creation is crucial and good habits aren't created overnight. More like a month or two. A big component of my personal training is coaching on ways to develop good habits.
