Hello, Everyone, my name is Vysal Voeun!, I've been involved in fitness for 10 plus years. I'm not just a fitness personal trainer, I'm also a coach. I love getting involved with people's health and well being my goal is to help as many people/clients as I can with the proper coaching and nutrition guidelines. I want to be a coach more than a personal trainer because every team has a coach and a coach is a person that cares for his or her teammate, not just in the gym but also in their life. I want to be accountable for your goals as to losing weight, burning fat and gaining strength without injuries. The reasons why I'm in the fitness industries is to change people lifestyle, reduce cardiovascular disease and help people live better and longer.
