History
Salem 1 on 1 Training started out in 2014. Ever since, we've made new friends who've become family. We've helped with weight loss, muscle tone, strength and power increase, performance spike, speed, agility and coordination. This is all achieved through a methodical and safe approach to fitness, exercise, mix martial arts, and suggesting a balanced healthy diet. Some of our members have even showed health progress such as blood pressure stability and cholesterol control.
Specialties
Fitness is a life choice and making that choice can be difficult at times. Especially with all of the obstacles life throws at us. We understand this at Salem 1 on 1 Training. Therefore, we strive to define who we are through what we do. Our workouts and exercises are set to make a change in your life. They are set to make you physically and mentally stronger. The best part is that you get to make new and wonderful friends along your journey. We are a family and a team at Salem 1 on 1 Training. We look at each other as a part of something bigger than just one person. We see each other as a unit and a support system for one another. We would like to welcome you and have you be a part of that. We have a challenging mixture of strength, conditioning and fitness training regiments. Additionally, we also have a great self-defense and mix martial arts program. Most of our training is geared towards group training. The ( 1 on 1 ) means that we focus on each individual personally and closely and we don't leave anyone behind. Since we've been in business, we've made a team and gone out to experience a tough mudder in Lake Las Vegas. It was an incredible experience and we are hoping to do this every year.
