History
After perfecting the art of creating memorable Vietnamese cuisine at various restaurants, I decided to open my own. In addition to authentic Vietnamese cuisine such as pho (noodle soup), com dia (rice plates), bun (vermicelli), bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle), we also serve dishes that utilize ingredients and are inspired by neighboring countries of China, Thailand, and Mongolia. The fresh and varied ingredients make Vietnamese food one of the healthiest in the world.
