History

Phil Settels is the Dean of the Oakland Acupuncture College (ACCHS), and is completing a PhD from the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as well as a Doctorate degree at ACCHS. He teaches acupuncture and herbal medicine at both the Master's and Doctorate levels. Phil has worked at and operated acupuncture clinics since 2012, and moved to Sacramento with his family in early 2019.
