Horrible childcare, do not send your kids to the YMCA for care. We experienced a pattern of safety issues with our kiddo, and never going back.

Literally LOVE how clean this place is, especially the pool! 24hr in Elk Grove was always dirty and cracked tile, Calfit was outdoor and cold and the one in Greenhaven ALWAYS had leaves in it....

Since Capitol Athletic Club closed, I needed to find a new gym to play pickup basketball. Already been there twice and the staff is super friendly and overall it's an encouraging atmosphere.
