Carelessness and left gaps with the concrete mix

The area close to the fence is all chipped away

He said that he would cut the original concrete so that it is flushed but he did not and layered on

The wood frame was not flushed with the bottom level, so there is a random lip and holes everywhere

Original concrete work and what he completed, not smooth, tons of gaps and visible rocks within the mix
