Christ Unity Church of Sacramento can trace its roots back to the early 1900's, but it didn't officially form until 163 years ago. The non-denominational Christian church has met in several different types of buildings: a movie theater, bowling alley and its current home, a former grocery store on Folsom Boulevard. Three separate services are offered, as well as youth programs and classes lasting several weeks at a time. The church sometimes features guest speakers, and videos of services are live-streamed and archived online at the church's website. Christ Unity Church also has a bookstore selling CDs, DVDs, books, art and other materials.
