Our experience at Rise and Be Well was excellent. We had a couple's massage with two skilled and kind therapists and customer service was great from reservation to check out. Highly recommended!

The best yoga Studio on the coast! Misha is amazing and Ryan is super thoughtful and gracious owner. 100% recommend the float tank and yoga classes.
