Raven Home Inspections was opened in 2018 after I left the insurance restoration industry doing property evaluations for major insurance companies on homes and other properties that had been involved in a fire, flood, mud slide, ect. I did this to have more time with my family. Prior to opening my company I took the Inter-Nachi inspectors course and received my certification. I then trained with a reputable home inspector on many inspections. After that I opened Raven Home Inspections and have been building the business since.

Raven Home Inspections Specializes in all types of home and property inspections. Ranging from all residential homes including post and pier mountain homes to commercial properties. We use a drone to inspect and photograph inaccessible or unsafe areas that other inspectors would not be able to view. We are generally able to provide service to our clients as soon as same or next day and have our inspection reports completed same day as well. We use a very user friendly inspection report with detailed photographs and are happy to sit and review the inspection report from beginning to end with our clients at the end of the inspection or at any time they may have questions.
