Malibu Times

The Malibu Times is the city's oldest newspaper. It was founded in 1946 by Reeves Templeman and purchased by current owners Arnold and Karen York in 1987. The Times features information on local government, sports and schools as well as interesting people in the community. It includes a classified section. The Times began publishing a bi-monthly magazine in 2003. The newspaper is dated for Thursday, and it hits the street on Wednesday.
