As a "senior citizen" community, it is safe, quiet and secure, with well-manicured grounds and a well-kept clubhouse. The clubhouse offers exercise classes, book club meetings and other social gatherings. Other facilities include two pools (one for residents only, the other for guests), a spa, laundry facilities and a library. The grounds are full of trees with paths running throughout, making Rancho Yolo an ideal senior living location.
