Started research and study of Ramen soup a year before that in Japan, Continued studying with the staff brought from Japan in January 2013, as well as starting customer service training and creating various appetizers. Originally opened only for lunch; started dinner service in December 2013.

Ramen Taka is the restaurant that you want to come try, Hakata style Tonkotsu Ramen. We specialize in thin noodle, which is complimented with extra servings of noodle (Kaedama). Not only our Tonkotsu Ramen is unique, we also serve Miso and Shio ramen that our customers can enjoy. Our restaurant represents Japanese culture, quality, taste, and service.
