History
I have been studying, training or practicing as a psychotherapist for thirteen years. I came in to the field when I was 19-years old during undergrad and have been committed to relational healing work ever since. My career as a therapist has taken me many places. The first 5-years of my career I worked in hospitals, foster care, community mental health clinics, corporations and non-profits. Today, I see patients in my Oakland office for individual, couple and group therapy. I am a board member of the The Psychotherapy Institute, where I also, facilitate a white anti-racist study group for mental health clinicians.
