Dr. Rachel Perry is a board-certified UCI Health obstetrician and gynecologist. Her clinical interests include women and adolescent health, complex contraception and family planning. She earned her medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry in Rochester, N.Y. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellowship in family planning at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. Perry also earned a master's degree in public health at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health. Perry's research interests include contraception access for women with substance-use disorders, reproductive healthcare for sexual assault survivors and the role of mobile technology in improving reproductive health. She is the author of more than a dozen peer-reviewed articles in major journals.
