Our business story is probably similar to everybody who strive for the American Dream. Back in 2005 I worked for one of the most well known carpet cleaning company's as a Technician, I soon learned the trade & exceed all expectation. The owner was happy with my performance and pleased by costumer complements, but that was not enough for him. He insisted that I had to bump up my prices (up-sale) in order for me to get a higher comission. I didn't feel at ease when I had to go to somebody's home and charge them for something they didn't need, so that ultimately lead me to quit and open my own business.
