Quantum Learning Centers was started by Mikhail Shemyakin and Jacob Hellmold in 2014. It's foundation lies on over 5 years of specialized tutoring for high school students. We are passionate and driven to supplement your student's education whether it's to catch up or get ahead of the curve.

We are a local, professional SAT/ACT Prep tutoring service located in Chino Hills, California right off the 71 freeway near the intersection of Pine Ave and Butterfield Ranch Rd. We can also come to you for tutoring in the comfort of your home. Our focus is to provide your student with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to achieve academic success. We offer personalized SAT and ACT Prep courses through our customized tests tailored to your student's needs, as well as one to one tutoring in all math related subjects. Unlike many test centers, we believe in having a 1:1 ratio between instructor and student to maintain the highest quality level of education. Quantum Learning doesn't rest until you are satisfied with your student's grades. Our team of tutors include University graduates with degrees in mathematics who are more than proficient in their understanding of pure and applied mathematics.
