Longer random strands of hair that were not cut

my $500! highlights - not at all even, large chunks and faded color after a few days.

Full overhead view of my "highlights" (that i requested be ash brown without brass orange).

My inspiration photo I showed her - my hair is NOTHING like that. Now i have orange chunky highlights and am $500 poorer.

This place just remodeled and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything is new and the owner is so so genuine
