Dr. Shelley H. Lane, OMD, L.Ac, NTP, began her practice in Santa Barbara at the Anapamu Holistic Health Clinic in 1984. The practice was moved to the Santa Ynez Valley in 1992, when she moved to Los Olivos with her family. After 31 years of practicing in Santa Barbara County, her family moved to the Bay Area. Presently, she is offering in office appointments at the Infinite Body Health in Belmont, and Serenity Day Spa in Atherton for acupuncture and nutritional therapy.

Dr. Shelley is taking new patients at Infinite Body Health in Belmont and Serenity Day Spa in Atherton for acupuncture and nutritional therapy. She will also continue her on-line nutritional counseling service. Nutritional Therapy is an excellent compliment to Oriental Medicine to effectively treat people with health challenges that fall in the domains of digestive disorders, respiratory ailments, hormonal imbalances, stress induced disorders, and muscular and skeletal pain. Shelley has a keen interest and specialized knowledge in the area of food and nutrition and its intrinsic link to health and well-being. She conducts classes on traditional broth making, healthy sweets, fermented foods, GAPS, etc; inspired by the work of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a non profit organization dedicated to education and research connection between health and food.
