Bathroom walls have disgusting stains everywhere and wasn't cleaned properly

More stains on walls and I don't know what they are but i have never seen such filthy place and bad service. Avoid this place

Drying their comforters on the railing next to the sidewalk lol

Again another big stain on walls towards ceiling that looks like a blood stain to me. Why don't they clean there rooms and walls.

It is not paint chipping it looks like mold building in bathroom ceiling which can be a health hazard
