Linda Elementary School is a year-round school that provides educational services to more than 700 students in kindergarten through grade five. It is one of the oldest elementary schools in the Marysville Joint Unified School District. The school s academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, reading and science. It offers a phonics-based reading program that enhances various skills, including reading fluency, comprehension, vocabulary and spelling. In addition, the school offers academic counseling, early childhood care and preschool readiness programs. It has a parent-teacher association that hosts monthly parent community nights and sponsors a variety of other events.
