Pro Image Signs was Started by Cesar and Luis Gutierrez in 1998, Setting up shop in their garage.Cesar begin his experience in the trade, by attending LA Trade Tech.With hard work and a natural artistic ability,he taught himself the trade and created what is now known as Pro Image Signs.
