We provide a fast and effective full-body interval workout in 33 minutes. Our circuit workout consists of 11 stations each performed for 3 minutes, with a 30-second active rest between each station. You will warm up at Station 1 by jumping rope or doing jumping jacks. Stations 2-3 include resistance training with dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. Stations 4-5 use to the TRX for more athletic resistance training that works every muscle group. Stations 6-8 include 3 different heavy bags where you perform various kickboxing exercises. Station 7 utilizes a speed bag to train agility and coordination. Station 10 is all about developing your abs and strengthening your core. Station 11 includes dynamic and ballistic stretching to keep your body flexible and improve longevity. Pamela specializes in modifying any workout to accommodate all fitness levels and work around any injuries or illnesses you might have.
