New ownership at Primo's Barbershop as of January 2017. Tattoo side of the shop opened April of 2017. Entire shop has been completely remodeled to bring a fresh and clean look to Winters. 3 barbers and 2 tattoo artist here to take care of all clients. Appointments available.
