This place has potential hence 4 stars! The prime rib was executed very well, meaty, medium rare and well seasoned. Given they just opened to the public on Sunday, there's still time to improve....

Took the youngest adult child to Prime Rib at the Garden last night and we loved it. The prime rib was very good, perfect temp, and the not shown au jus outstanding. We loved the Au gratin too...
