VIVUS is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of new therapeutic products addressing obesity and sexual health, having its facilities in Mountain View, Calif. VIVUS has four products that are positioned to enter Phase 3 clinical trials, and one product that has completed Phase 3 evaluation, for which a new drug application has been submitted to the Food and Drug Administration.
