It started with me just having fun making drinks for my friends. Polly Martini was born! After working a few private parties, the rush of returning clients and new clients demanded more Martini Staff. Martini Staff bartend/serve/host and just plain help keep the party lively and also going smoothly. Client demand inspired me to custom design signature drinks for any and every occasion. When the budget allows, we prefer to use our freshly squeezed juice and homemade, infused syrups. Please challenge our creativity. Example: gourmet Jello Shots and cocktail sno-cones and popsicles. We cater to all sorts of events: baby showers, kid's bday parties, high school graduations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, corporate events, store events, themed events, special occasion events, and more! Whether your event is formal or informal, big or small, we dress for each occasion, work hard, are intuitive, are personable, and smile lots!
