Customer service was super good. Only down side was the room. First night got in already found fruit fly's everywhere and always had to keep everything in the fridge.

Didn't really sleep because there's no air circulation. Lock on bathroom window is broken so I had to use a wooden rod to keep it shut. I wish I could have used the wooden rod to keep main window...

No microwaves, no breakfast, no pool, no laundry room... no problem. This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff and service more than make up for the amenities the hotel...
