Scary steps, when I moved in, There police brutality in that home that almost broke the victim's teeth. A neighbor lied.

Someone almost fell off the balcony, but did not fall off. I was the witness in situation, the neighbors over there didn't care.

Here You can see how the crate has been moved again but that doesn't change the fact that they are being neglectful

2 large dogs who are double coated and over 50 lbs locked in a small crate without access to water everyday in heat over 80 degrees F.
