Pina Reading Academy is owned and operated by a credentialed Reading Specialist. We work with students who have reading disabilities, are struggling learners, English Language Learners, as well as high achieving students. We also offer tutoring in Math, Spanish, and Social Studies. Our goal is to help students become life long learners who will thrive in an advanced society. Pina Reading Academy is an approved vendor for several charter schools and works with students who are home schooled or attend public school, private school, and college. We also support adults who would like to improve their reading and writing skills. During your first visit to the academy, you will be assessed and given the results during the same visit. Our Reading Specialist will discuss the plan of action and answer all your questions. All tutoring sessions are individualized and prescriptive to each student's academic needs.
