History
Dr. Fung began his neurological practice after finishing postgraduate education (MS in Neurology), and Neurology residency training from the University of Michigan In Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), American Academy of Neurology (FAAN), and American Heart Association (FAHA) after certifications and contributions in these fields. He is presently the Medical Director of El Camino Hospital Stroke Center, recognized as the top 5% in the Nation, with Gold Plus Awards from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association. He specializes in stroke neurology and has special interest in headache, migraines, neck and back pain, pinched nerves, seizure disorders, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. He has also extensively utilized acupuncture therapy for illnesses not amenable to conventional treatment.
