HistoryAs a child, I grew up with a very sick mother who never seemed able to heal from any affliction that ever crossed her. Once I was in my 30's, I learned through a practice of yoga that this practice is immensely healing and would have helped my mother (and others with her similar ills), so I wanted to share it with the world. I have refined my business to providing several modalities for those who want to bring greater health and wellness and healing into their lives NATURALLY including Ayurvedic principles, Yoga Nidra (Certified by the California College of Ayurveda), Cannabinoid therapy, and more. Every day, I seek to grow my knowledge in further forms of natural, holistic wellness.SpecialtiesAs a registered yoga teacher with over 15 years of practice, I specialize in private restorative yoga sessions, designed to help your body get the space it needs to recover/heal. This can include stretching, breathing exercizes, meditation, or any combination of the three. I offer personalized yoga instruction for: individuals, couples and small groups, and to those in the workplace or a corporate arena. Anyone can benefit from my guidance in their practice ranging from beginners who are looking for a private setting, to established yogis who are interested in deepening their practice through individualized instruction. Regardless of the size of the group, I have experience in teaching multiple people at one time while still focusing on the individual.
