Peak exists to help you meet your goals, whether those goals be in weight loss, strength gains, cardio endurance, better athletic performance, pre- or post-natal preparation/rehabilitation, and so much more. We train for a variety of ages, from child athletes (8+) to geriatric revitalization. We do sport specific training (baseball, basketball, football, etc., even off-ice conditioning for skaters!) for a variety of different levels and age ranges, from children to competitive amateurs to professional athletes.
