All the nail marks are gone. They dug around the keyhole to get rid of all the dirt. Talk about a detail!

The before water marks that they couldn't bother to assist with that I was able to remove.

This really upset me, I was able to remove these marks myself with water and towel.

$40 hand wash why bother? I kept finding so many left over marks. Which I did bring to their attention and brushed me off.

$40 is not cheap. I found myself having to clean up after them.
