Dr. Paul Grin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP), the American Headache Society. He is a Diplomate American Board of Orofacial Pain and holds a Master's of Public Health. According to the AAOP most patients spend 4.2 years seeing 5.3 clinicians before finding a doctor who specializes in their problems. The South Bay TMJ, Sleep, Headache & Orofacial Pain Institute was established to treat patients, to conduct research and educate the public and other care professionals in Orofacial Pain. In 2021, after completing his Orofacial Pain Residency at UCLA and becoming Board Certified, Eric Grin, DDS, MS has joined the practice! He is friendly, enthusiastic, responsible and takes every opportunity to expand his knowledge. We are confident that he will add young energy to our practice, and our patients are sure to appreciate his human and professional qualities.

The South Bay Headache, TMJ & Orofacial Pain Institute specializes in treating patients with acute and chronic pain in the shoulders, neck, head, face, temporomandibular joints, eyes, ears and maxillary sinus, trigeminal neuralgia, burning mouth syndrome . Among other problems managed at the clinic are muscle pain, nerve pain, and bone pain. The clinic also treats patients with obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. All methods of treatment are non-surgical, non-invasive, conservative, and reversible. The clinic has the most advanced technological equipment for diagnostic and treatment.
