Patrick J. D'Arcy created the firm in 2010, after working at the international law firm of Sheppard Mullin as a real estate litigator and real estate attorney. Since its founding, the firm has an impressive track record of victories, which is found on at its website, at www.patricklaw.net, including representing major courier companies, Porsche distributors, paint manufacturers, small, medium and large businesses, and all types of real estate matters, from luxury homes to commercial buildings. Pat also has obtained significant victories for his clients in the criminal defense arena, including have the San Bernardino County District Attorney return $200,000 of seized funds, after filing motions that were about to declare the search methods unconstitutional.
