Pasadena Conservatory Of Music is a nonprofit community music school that provides a curriculum of music study to students in and around Pasadena, Calif. The institution enrolls more than 1,300 students annually and has a music faculty of over 50. The school operates from its own campus and offers a range of programs to the cultural and educational communities. The conservatory offers programs, such as young musicians, piano, strings, guitar, vocal arts, chamber, adult learners, theory, history and composition; and winds, brass and percussion. It also provides an entry point to engage with music through classes for infants and the very young, lessons for the beginner, outreach and financial aid programs for the underserved. The conservatory is operated by the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts and is a member of the Pasadena Arts Council.
