Founded in 1941, Parco was the first manufacturer to specialize in O-rings. The company s 154,000 square-foot facility is one of the largest O-ring plants in the world. Parco makes O-rings in all 369 standard sizes and custom molded parts, including rubber-to-metal bonded, in outside dimensions from 0.5 to 10 inches and thicknesses from 0.050 to 2 inches. The company also deals in the development of proprietary rubber compounds. Parco s seals are available in 340 compounds, more than 25 percent of which were introduced in the last five years. The company makes its own molds using CAD/CAM equipment, mixes its own rubber and molds its parts in computer controlled presses.
