About Our Company Since 1992, our owner, Armando Hernandez, has been performing concrete coatings. With his extensive experience, he decided to start his own company, Pacific Concrete Coatings Inc. Today, we have been serving homeowners and business owners in and around Los Angeles County, California Armando started in Los Angeles in 1995 as a crew helper installing SUNDEK concrete coatings. After two years, Armando was promoted to Crew Leader/Foreman. In 1997, Armando was presented with an opportunity to grow his career under the leadership of Dick Krach, the Sundek of Washington owner.
