There was a $10 Service Fee under RO Fees on my invoice. I asked what this was for, and the reply was, "AS OF LAST MONTH ALL OF OUR SHOPS NOW CHARGE A $10 SERVICE FEE FOR ANY REPAIR OR SERVICE...
