Founded in 1950, OPARC is a nonprofit organization that offers a wide range of social services to children with disabilities and their families. It provides educational services to people with developmental and vocational disabilities. The organization employs more than 170 people. It also offers employment services, such as community employment, and job-site training services and development and support. It also provides community services that include community integration senior citizen support programs. The center additionally offers packaging services, including shrink-wrapping, blister and skin packing, bagging, sorting and collating. It is headquartered in Montclair, Calif., and has various facilities in Ontario, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. The organization is approved by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
