Stress in the body manifests as illness, disease, extra toxic weight and decreased joy and satisfaction. When we become parents those are not things we want for ourselves or for our children, however it often happens in our fast paced lives. Each and every one of us knows how to heal ourselves if we take the opportunity to listen to our bodies and open up to the possibility of living vibrantly. As women, our bodies were literally built to grow and birth babies (often more than one). In most cases we simply need to get out of our own way to manifest radiant health.
